Qualifications Required:
A diploma in the social sciences is required, preferably with a focus on Youth Work.
At least one-year previous work in a similar environment is preferred. Previous direct program delivery experience in the community social services sector with a demonstrated working knowledge of youth specific community based programming and related provincial standards is preferred.

Summary of Duties:
1. Provide support to the partnership overseeing programming for “at risk” youth.
2. Support “EXCELL” youth in being safe, strong and supported
3. Support the development of positive relationships between youth and youth services.
4. Facilitate connection between family/caregivers and community resources.
